OBJECTIVE
To discover and enjoy one of the most popular gastronomic traditions in Northern Navarre.

DESCRIPTION
Sharing is the essence of the cider house tradition. A set menu consisting of cod and grilled beefsteak is shared from platters placed along large communal tables, and diners get up and help themselves from the cider barrel (kupela). Through the sharing of food, laugher and songs, the clients will experience the atmosphere typical of rural mountain houses.
