OBJECTIVE
To gain hands on experience of the Navarrese cuisine at the Nuevo Casino Gastronomic Society, sharing their enthusiasm for the region’s gastronomic tradition and combining it with touches of innovative and international cuisines.

DESCRIPTION
The clients will enter the world of the Nuevo Casino kitchen where, expertly guided by Chef Jorge Garcia, they will share the joy of learning how to prepare, cook and present a few simple but delicious dishes easy to replicate at home. The clients will take an active part in the whole cooking process and will have the opportunity to taste their own dishes in one of the Nuevo Casino’s fabulous dinner rooms.
